cancelled cellphone insurance still being deducted

I have a problem with Finrite cell phone insurance that works hand in glove with Foshini group, early in the year 2015 I lost my phone that was insured and I have reported and they did replace the lost phone. they did ask me in the store Foshini in Wonderbom junction in Pretoria if I need to insure the new phone and I refused to continue, and they still deducting insurance form the previous phone IMEI number when I ask Foshini to help me since im losing out, they telling me they cannot help me. Please can you help me.
