cancellation of lay bye

<p>hi there </p> <p>i experience a bad service at Foschini i was made a lay bye in july in Stellenbosch foschini i was working on that side now i moved working on that side. then i see something else that i like i wanted to do lay bye in parow centre they said to i cant lay bye i have to pay outstanding balance on the one i made in stellenbosch ok fine i did pay and made new lay bye. Yesterday i went to stellenbosch to do cancellation when i got there i couldnt get help they told me their manager went off alredy shes the one can cancel i told the lady am no longer working on that side and am living on weekend she said i do it at Foschini i ws like how because two weeks back i was in Parow centre they didnt help they said i have to go to where i made lay bye now someone told me i can cancell at any nearest Foschini. am really upset about this as i used a lot of money to travel to Stellenbosch and still have to deduct 10% from the lay bye.</p>
