CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT
I have paid my account in full in DEC and immediately requested for my account to be cancelled off. I was told by the shop assistant that this cannot be cancelled off. its January and the account is blocked.
Please cancel this off immediately , i do not want a blockage on it , but A FULL CANCELLATION!
