Cancel my account please

disgusting service online from a person I didn't even get her name because she put the phone down on me. I asked to close my account which was on R0 and now suddenly I owe R35? I have nothing physical for that money and I don't want and account with you anymore. Apparenty I must go to a store to do this? no, I am too busy to negotiate shopping malls anymore, thats why I online shop. I expect my account to be closed and that R35 waved. Otherwise are you going to take me to court for R35? Also what does the consumer protection act say about products and services you received that you are not happy with? What ****es me off even more is my account was always in positive balance for a few years because I overpaid. You guys had my money for a long time and did I get interest on that money? nope! and now I am charged R35 for what? Please sort this out

we are on day 3 (working days) since my complaint, still no word from customer service. Note to the public reading this that this is not a resolved issue yet and clearly not a priority.

Just a heads up. I was contacted by a lady who said she would sort this out and close my account. My account is back down to zero but still open as I am getting statements still. Please sort this out, as if I leave it again I believe I will owe you money again (for nothing)and we are going to have to fight more.
