Can't return, they dont have cash

<p>I bought 4 items on the 6th of January. I was in a rush so I didnt have time to fit in the dressing rooms. It is in anycase easier to do so in your own room. When I had the time to check I didn't like these items and wanted to return them. I have now been trying to do so but everytime I go I have to leave with the items because they dont have cash. This is at both the Key West and Cradlestone branch. How on earth am I supposed to get my money back if you dont cant give me my money the same way I purchased it? Now that the branch know that I am returning the items, they can hold cash and give a call when they have it ready? Is it that difficult, or are they just lazy? And no, I do not want vouchers, I did NOT pay in vouchers. I need the cash. I also wrote and e-mail to customer service, but never received any reply. So, I need a reply asap, because 6th February is drawing near and then my 30 day return policy is finished....THEN you will hear from me!</p>
