Can't get my sim number to work
I had a sim contract with One 2 One partnered with Foschini, I asked for my contract not to be renewed and now my simcard is blocked. I called your customer care line and the lady said she will get back to me, it has been hours and still no feedback. I use my number for cellphone banking and stuff, now I can't do anything my life is at standstill. Please fix this ASAP, I need my number to be converted to prepaid.
