Can I get my refund from Foschini please
I sent a request for a refund on the 16th of November to the Foschini group refunds department. This was supposed to be resolved within 4 days but till today I still haven't received any payment from them. I sent them all the required documents and they made this sound like an easy transaction. Now what is taking them so long?
