CALL CHARGES - EXTRA ON ACCOUNT REDICULOUS

<p>Good day, even though I have made arrangements and paying every month and more to settle the account, you charge me R20.85 for phone calls. a call is basicaly .64 cents per minute - according to you phone me more than 32 minutes? to do what. To ask me when I will pay, I wpay on the same date again. You do not even check the account, and then the cost is added the same date I'm paying every month? I transfer the money every month on the 25th and you charge me on the 25th for a phone call of R20.54 to do what? wow think this is redicolous and money making ****. </p>
