Bunch of useless ******

So after my last complaint Elanoire was supposed to assist me. However she is not responding to my emails and when I call the line is on voicemail. So I am still sitting with a problem and no one to assist me. And I'm getting harassed every day at 7am I get a phone call. Now someone must explain to me how my balance was R5800 in September and I have made a number of payments with a total of R3200, yet my balance is still R4600. You are ******* and you are *********** and I must pay for your incompetence. Oh let's talk about the incorrect information you provided to the credit bereu, i am listed as a non payer and eith an opening balance of R25525, yet my limit was R7500. Stop calling me since you have no interest in helping me with my matter. I have other retail accounts and I must say foschini you are ****** ******. I refuse to make any more payments until you sort out this matter and refund me for the funeral policies that you made me pay for, that I never authorised. Kindly get your ducks in a row and your customers must be warned to go through their statements with a fine tooth comb, because apparently you are loan providers now , not a retail group. Please give your agents correct the information, because seems yhey dont actually know what is happening with my account and yet they are clever enough to argue with me. By the way since you are charging me for Calls and sms's perhaps you should allow me to make an arrangement to pay off my account since you arerrangementre debt collectors. But please sort out my balance. I am not giving you a cent more until you sort it out. You guys must be investigated.
