Bul**** by a consultant at Foshini Cradestone

I walked into a Foshini store at Cradlestone on 05/05/18 afternoon after a very busy day at work. Went straight to the Estee Lauder stand. To get my double wear Amber honey foundation. Now the product is kept somewhere in a drawer at the bottom so its very hard to just grab a product and pay as fast as you can. A consultant lady laughed at my face for asking for my color and said out loudly that there is no way I am Amber honey. It was firstly enbarassing to have someone laugh at you like that, so i just kept my cool and went to pay. The same lady came yo help me at the till and she told me that she wouldn't have helped me if her colleague didnt agree with her that it was my color. I felt bul**** and disrespected By her and I could have easily left the producs and went to the next store that sells Estee Lauder. But i couldnt because I didnt have the energy to look around to for another store.
