BROKEN CELL PHONE
My Wife bought a Z3 Blackberry cell phone on the 30 April at Foshini Swellendam for my son who`s birthday is on the 12 May. On the morning of his bday i wanted to do the soft ware update but it kept saying it needs more space. I took it to the Vodacom shop for upgrade and was inform that there is a problem with the phone and that i should take it back to Foshini. i took it back and was informed by the manager that they won`t exchange it but wil only send it for repairs. I feel this is unacceptable as it is a brand new phone that is technally only a day old.Hope to get some feed back on this issue as my son now has no birthday present.<br> ADRIANA BARNARD
