Breach of Contract
On May 16 2015 i reported that my phone was ******, the phone was insured with Foschini, the claim was forwarded to them but they refused to honor the agreement. My phone was insured for loss, damage and theft.<br> Please Kindly assist i need the replacement of my phone. The case was opened as per Lingelethu West Cas 4/5/2015 Imei number *** ITC number ***4<br>
