Breach of Agreement - then harrassment

<p>End of 2015 I fell behind on my account payments , In Feb this year we agreed on payment arrangements with legal dept of R300 per month for three months ( R900) then my credit will be re-instated and payment term increased to 18 months. Luckily I was able to make R1000 payment then R1, 500 a month later.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately forschini didn't live up o their end ofthe deal , instead I keep being charged more interest, together with magazine subs fees and now call fees of R40. This monday 18 Aug at 09h06 from a woman claiming to be from Anthonr Richards nd Associats for Foschini on this no ********** / 3500 thanking me for my June payment and insisting that I make a new arrangement. I declined and requested the recording of the last arrangement which Foschini did not honour despite continuous payments, she instead started insulting me and demanded that I make payments I asked her Not to call me again then I dropped the call, thereafter she started calling me continuously for over 10 times which became disruptive to my work day.</p>
