Blacklisted for what!!!?

I have proof that I have payed my bills every single month. From R300 per month to R3000 per month. My current outstanding balance is R2900 something. Now they blacklisted me? and every single month I have to phone them, to try and understand why they claim that i am in \arrears\" I even have proof of mails that I sent to mr Farenaaz. This is after I mailed them, because I did not receive any statements on email. On 13/10/2015 a lady phoned me and said I was in arrears by R1300.00. This is after I made a payment and brought my credit limit down? Please do explain to me how this is even possible!? absolutely pathetic service from the foschini group. And now I am going to phone THEM again to TRY and sort this out."
