Blacklisted for an account I do not own without prior notification

<p>In March I discovered that I had been blacklisted by The Foschni Group for an account I apparently had with American Swiss. I have never had a credit account with any store. I had never received any form of communication informing me of my supposed debt. Despite my best efforts to prove that I was not in South Africa on the date this account was supposedly opened. I was promised the matter will resolved within 6 weeks and that all credit beaureaus had been informed to clear my name urgently. Today, two months later I receive an email from a debt collector threatening me with leagal action.</p>
