Black Friday reap off

The service rendered by the Foschini group over black Friday 29/11 is appalling, I placed an order of R1098 had to split the payment between my store account and bank.Order was being processed from 29/11 yesterday i received an email stating that unfortunately my order had been cancelled. I contacted their cll center was advised that it was cancelled as item was sold out, i went onto their system during the course of the call only to find that item is still in stock, the agent assisting advised that i can call back within an hour if the item is still showing in stock. I called in again only to be advised that i selected an incorrect payment plan and they are unable to assist with reinstating the order.I find these advise as false as their system does not process orders should i change payment plans.Was advise to replace the order at ma higher amount of which i find very unfair as my money is still not paid back.
