Black Friday hoax

Your whole 'black Friday' special promotion up to 50 % discount was a hoax. ****. Because nearly all of the 'marked down' products were not available. Out of stock. Only a few options was indicates as in stock.

The order I made DID show in stock and I ordered immediately.. The Bulgari perfume was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Today, nearly a week later I get this :

We're so sorry to tell you that we have not been able to source one or more of the products in your order p*** placed on 27 November 2020. We have tried to find it in several stores, but due to high demand, we were not successful.

If you paid with a TFG store card or credit/debit card, the funds that were reserved for this order will be reversed. eGift cards will be replaced and for EFT payments, we will be in touch shortly regarding refunds.

This is bot my problem. You showed in stock. There was nothing else to otder.

I demand the product I ordered or else another product of choice of same value for the same discounted price.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional for a JSE listed company.
