BILLING FOR ADVERTISING NOT ASKED FOR

I have been billed on my account for the following: sports club fee, standalone fee, for the pass five years, I never asked for the following to added to my account.<br> Kept going to the store to enquire was told they can't help me, need to write a letter stating my quire.<br> <br> I've done that, went back to the store this and was told they can't help me. They been giving me wrong numbers to call.<br> <br> My question is when will and how can I get my money back for the 5 years I've been paying for something that was not asked for.<br> My account keeps going up up with all these unwanted things.
