biling

Still waiting of Feedback 4 days later and still nothing. I want this sorted out today!!!!!<br> <br> ***<br> I'm extremely upset that after months Foschini did not send me a statement neither did i get a email to state that my account was in arrears but did not receive any information to state this . I then received a call from lawyers stating that i owe money which i then paid in full ... 3months later i get a email stating that the account is paid in full. I then call Foschini to advise on my credit on the account they tell me that i will need to open another account in order to purchase as the account will be closed. My question is WHY when this would not off happened if i just got communication to state i owe a R250 on my account this in not my fault as you guys did not send me any statements or emails or let alone a call. i want this sorted out now
