Big ups to Jabulani Foshini 💯❤️

Jabulani Foschini gave me the best service today—far better than Clearwater Mall Foschini. I called earlier to ask if they could keep a bag aside for me, and they did exactly that. They even went the extra mile to check the Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion for me. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the lady’s name, but big ups to her! 🤩💯❤️ She was an absolute darling on the call.

Clearwater Foschini, on the other hand, had horrible customer service since I was in-store yo buy the bags which they said to me they are not on promotion while they we're on promotion. They failed to log a call to check what might be the error causing the promotion not to pick up. I was dismissed by lies and laziness. On the 4th of December 2025, I called and they still couldn't help and failed to answer they call for a whole hour when they finally did, they **** and said the promotion was only available online again. I later found out from Fourways Mall Foschini that the promotion is running in-store as well.
