Beyond ****ed

Its with great regret and dissatisfaction that Im sending this email. On the 23rd of November I bought 2 phones on your online platform hi online. To date no one is able to tell me when I will received the phones. 1 of the phone was suppose to be a gift for my wife whos birthday is tomorrow. Your website clearly states that items will be delivered between 3 to 5days. Im waiting 17days now. No phones and no Answers. Its clear to me that I am not valued be your company as no one is coming back to me with answers or updates on whats happening. If phones are not delivered tomorrow. You can keep cancel it. Credit my account and close it. And Im still waiting to hear from your customer service department as you promised they would contact me on Friday (7/12/18), Its now (11/12/18). Did you close down or what?
