<p>Accounts Query - Acc: ********** ********** 56306</p> <p>A few weeks ago I purchased curtains at @home Paarl. Took them home and realised the colour did not suit the room I purchased it for. As per YOUR return policy, they were returned to @home Tygervalley within 30 days which means the instalment you were looking for was null and void because prior to me purchasing them, my account was in the credit!</p> <p>Only later that day did I purchase a few items at another TFG store on my account but that instalment should only be payable this month! And then yesterday I get a call from your legal department demanding DOUBLE an instalment for items I RETURNED! I have never ever in the years I have had an account with you NOT PAID!</p> <p>I trust you will fix this and come back to me asap because if you dare to tarnish my perfect credit record, I will take this further.</p>
