BEWARE OF POLICY ***** HAPPENING AT FOSCHINI

I have a complaint against Foschini, in September I discovered that I have a denture policy I did not sign for. This deducts a sum of R49 each month since last year. This is came as a suprise to me because I don't have any dentures and even if I do have, I have a medical aid so why would I take a policy for that? This is clearly a ***** and I want all my money back. I called Foschini the same month I discovered this ***** to cancel the policy and they told me that they have cancelled it but the insurance(Talksure) will also call me, I never received any call from Talksure till to date. Yesterday 07/12/21 I went to pay at the Foschini shop and requested them to check if the policy was cancelled or not, but to my suprise it was not.One of the tellers called them to find out the reason and was told that it is in the process of being cancelled. I am so ****ed off by this whole thing, what advise can I get to recover my money? Please help
