i went to Foschini fourways mall to do an exchange for shoes that i bought online,i got to the store i realised that i forgot the receipt at home and the shoes i wanted were out of stock,and because i didn't have a receipt and wanted a refund a lady who was at the till couldn't help with refund since i didn't have a receipt,when i was about to go out of the store a lady by the name of lebo told me i could get the receipt on the bash app,but my phone was off,lebo made sure i get a charger to charge my phone and helped me with a refund i then bought a shirt and got my change,she went an extra mile,thank u lebo i don't know how many lebos they have in the store but lebo had very short hair,i went back home as happy customer.
