being de*****ed by foschini,poor customer service and *********** employees

I closed my foschini account last year August and paid the out standing amount.on the 24th of January Brian Jones called me from foschini telling me that I owe foschini almost R300.I asked Brian what is foschini charging me for because I closed my account last year and he failed to explain to me what foschini is charging me for.every month foschini is charging me for what I don't know and foschini employees can not explain to me why they are charging me for ...this is unfair because at the end of the day they are ruining my name.Am tired of being called by *********** employees of foschin.I will never again open an account with foschini or buy anything from there.
