********* behaviour

Hi. I visited the Foshini Fourways branch and found an item I wanted and went to the front desk to set aside for the following day. The store manager was helpful and assisted me. He dated the item for 28 June and put it away. On the same day a staff member went to the cupboard and took the item and sold it to another customer and replaced it with another size. This morning 27 June I sent my daughter to collect the item. When she said there is an item set aside for me, the staff member went straight to the wrong item and gave it to my daughter without a name tag. My daughter called me immediately asking why it was a small and not a medium. I was confused and told her it's impossible my name must be on the jacket. She must ask for the manager as he assisted me. The staff member that assisted my daughter this morning was at the desk the previous day when the manager was placing my item aside. I will put it to Foshini that this staff member knew there was a medium set aside took it sold it and replace it with another size. This is ********* and unacceptable behaviour. She undermines Foshini policy her manager and me as a customer. This item is now sold out and I'm without the item. There is no words or (there are words but cannot be expressed on this platform) on how disappointed and furious at the behaviour of this staff member. I would like management to take necessary steps to correct this unacceptable ********* behaviour. I would like the business to find the right size from any branch in South Africa and contact me. I have been buying from Foshini and all retailers and never received such service. This is really sad that with the high unemployment rate businesses entrust individuals to be part of their team to represent their company and than employees go and behave in this manner. There are so many people out there that would work for a Foshini and deliver the best service and not be so cunning and do things like this. The question is what other ********* behaviour is practiced in their stores
