Beauty products gone wrong

I would like to state that went to Foschini Westwood on the 7 September and purchase a Loreal Paris colour stay lipstick costed me R 170.00 , i used it the same day the next day when i woke up the colour stained my lip making it black and stopped , I stayed away from it a few days , my lip became dry and bruised . on the 11th of September i went into Foschini gateway i explained what happen and the lady at the Clarins counter recommended Instant light lip comfort oil R350.00 to repair my lip and reduce the black stops . Basically what the adverti*****t / consultant states about the products it actually does not do , the only thing that the Clarins product it was make my lip plump as if I used Botox’s .
I wasted R520.00 on products that caused more harm than good , the Foshini store should take accountability as they are promoting the products.
I am very upset as I am now using medicated products and Mac lipstick which is helping but my lip is damaged because of the products purchased from foshini

I put it on the same day of which when I work up the next day my lip appeared black and spotted . A few days later on the 11th of September 2019 I went into Gateway Foschini I spoke to a lady from the Clarins counter , I explained to her what happened and she recommended the Clarins Instant light lip comfort oil R350.00 to repair my lip and reduce the black spots .
After a few days off using the Clarins repair oil there was no improvement but an irritation and all the product did was make my lip plump as which I used Botox’s .
Foschini is promoting the products and advertising for it by selling it , it’s now their responsibility to investigate this matter and resolve my complaint .
I had to go into more expense to get medicated lip therapy and a better lipstick from a better brand Mac that is more suitable .
