Bash Foschini *****ing customers items

I purchased two clothing items on Bash- Foschini on the 29th of April and the a package was delivered on the 2nd of May. The package had one item, and they sent me an email saying they have sent all my items. I rep**** to them to explain that the other item is missing and this needs to be investigated, my package had two receipts inside one mine and the other belonging to someone else. They opened a case(ticket ***), and I sent them the pictures of the package that was not “properly sealed”, gave them days to respond only for them to come to me and say they can’t refund or send me the item its my loss. I had to save up money for months to buy that item, they take no accountability of their workers or drivers. They just want you to purchase things from them (Bash) with no guarantee you will receive them. I always bought from them Bash but always chose the collect from store option, this time I took the delivery option because I moved from where I was and I selected the delivery option, only for my things to be ******. Did they even pack the items, or this is just their way to **** people of their hard-earned money. Buying from them its taking a risk, nothing is guaranteed you’ll receive what you pay for!!!Bash it’s the pits
