Bash app is a downgrade

I used to love TFG online. Since moving to the Bash app, you have firstly sent me a broken foundation and today sent me two foundations in the wrong shade. This has never happened in my years of using TFG. The app is glitchy. It crashes. It’s ruined my whole experience with you
