Balance Reduction Request

my account was handed to Vericred though I mentioned that I was retrenched. I send Vericred a hellopeter message to request for a discount on my account because I would like to settle this account, I am unable to find employment due to the ITC listing and the discount that Vericred gave me is still very high, the balance was about R11 000 and now they want a settlement amount of about R8700.00 I am pleading with Foschini to intervene and assist me. I am willing to pay of this account with a settlement fee of about R5000.00. I even went to selling my clothes to raise the money and am certain that by the end of September I can manage to pay about R5000.00. I will highly appreciate your help in this regard. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated. I am really desperate as it is hard to be unemployed.
