Bad treatment

On the 9 of September I bought a T-shirt from foschini Lakeside Mall, after standing so long in the queue I was told to go pay at the cosmetic counter, which I stood there about 30mins when I was assisted, I made a payment, the lady didn't even acknowledge me as she was busy chatting with her colleague about there personal issues and ended up not giving me the correct receipt, on the 5th October I decided to go exchange the T-shirt at the East Rand Mall since I was nearby, I was turned away cause I didn't have the correct receipt and was told to go to Lakeside Mall, which I drove all the way back to Lakeside Mall, it was in the afternoon and there was quite a queue and only one lady assisting by the name of Mantombi, I was pleased with Mantombi's willingness to help me, her service was excellent and really wish foschini could employ more people like her, although I was not happy with Palesa from Lakeside Mall who made me a **** when Mantombi tried to explain the story about the receipt,she told Mantombi not to get involved in customers issue because she was not there, wish I felt that was rude to me and Mantombi, you don't speak like that to your colleagues in front of customers... I really would like to recommend Mantombi for helping me with my refund I was really annoyed with the treatment I received from both Foschini East Rand Mall and Lakeside... But thanks to Mantombi for calming my nerves down and going the extra mile to assist me, while trying to push the queue all by herself.... Well done Mantombi from Lakeside Mall for your great service.
