Bad Store Policy

Bought a cellphone on Wednesday the 07th of February 2019 from Foschini – Greenstone Under Edenvale. When at Home I realize that the phone is 3G – now who still keeps 3G phones in their shelves/store those phones are outdated we now using 4G since late 2018. Anyway I call them the next day Thursday the 8th of February 2019 so I can exchange it maybe for a Sony Xperia XA1 ( dual Sim) and to my surprise I was told even by their branch manager Crosby that they don’t exchange phones, you buy it you keep it, because i already put my sim there, well why do they sell outdated cellphones. ( So beware of Foschini Phones I’ll say ) because even their customer service on ***were also surprise to hear that.
