Bad shoes quality

I recently bought a pair of pearls design sandals at Foschini in lebowakgomo. I wore them twice literally and the pearls are falling off already and there’s this gold part at the front by the toes it’s pealing off… I must say I am disappointed by the quality of the shoe it’s not close to value of the money charged for this shoe, while on the other hand I’ve owned a similar pair from Mr Price for years now and to date not 1 pearl has fell off … Foschini you can do better than this, I am now sceptical to buy sandals from you because if this experience
