BAD SERVICES

I dont even know were to start. I am discussed with the services I received from foschini and MTN . I got a call from a foschini agent asking me if I would be like to received 2g per month for R85. a month which seemed like a bargain. on the 19th I needed my puk no and contacted MTN only to find out they cant help me and I need to phone Foschini which i did to get my puk until today the 22/9/2021 they could not supply me with a puk which means I could not use my phone and that I lost a lot of business. Every time I have to follow up and get told by Foschini that they are still waiting HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!!!!!!
