would like to complain again on my account i called Norman bisset and associates update the itc they sad they cant close the account because i still owe them some monies which is didn't understands because i was given the settlement amount at foschin promenade so i feel like i was given in correct information or mislead-ed so i will not pay the remaining amount that they say i owe because if they told me that i need to pay the money at the third party and how much it is i would have but now i wont because i was given incorrect information and its not my problem i want the account to be close and update itc please
