Bad service..from the manager.

I want to lodge a complain,i have authorisation from insurance amount to R2500 yesterday iwent to foschini schweizer-reneketo buy a phone,thephone i wanted was xiaomi redmi 9cwas displayed R2499 when they scan its R2699 they refuse to givethe phone with the pricei saw,i request them to sort the matter,they promise they will assists me today. Today they and say the wont be able to assits me,i have to choose another phone in the shop. Even the area manager told me he couldn't help me.the cashiers told me straight to my face that i can lodge a complain there is nothing they can do for,what a bad bad experience i had.could my matter be taken to consideration as i want that phone with that amount.
