Bad service really
good day this is a complaint I bought a phone from one of your shops based in Soweto Maponya mall in August last year, in October the phone I bought stopped working after software update.
till today 2022 the shop have not given me feedback regarding the repairs, I went to Namibia to work for a month I'm November and back in December still no update from the shop I called yesterday an Monday and they keep telling me they will get back to me but they don't bother.
I'm thinking of going to my lawyers now and sue the whole shop heavy law suit
I even opted for them to give me my phone as it is, they keep saying they will call me.
Tomorrow I'm going to The shop with my people with guns and I will take any phone I want on display watch me.
