Bad service providers

Hello peter i had an account with sports scene as it is part of foschini group and i skiped a couple of payments and they handed me over to the lawyers and olso listed me on the itc. Then i paid up the account in 2016 and called the lawyers to give me a paid up letter and olso told them to please update the account on the itc. Up until to date they have not updated my status on itc and when i call them to tell them about it they say i must get hold of their lawyers to get a paid up letter so that they can remove me from the itc. I feel that becouse they communicate with their lawyers on a daily basis about the status of owed accounts, why now must i be the middle man and inform them about my account? The service that they give is not good...when they want bisness they are quick to call and when they hand you over they are very quick to put you up on the itc but after you have paid them in full they drag tgeir feet when supposed to remove you from being black listed...
