Bad service - Promise of a call & NOTHING to date

I laid a complaint last week. Head office responded saying I would be called back. 7 days later NOTHING. I'm guessing this is a sign that Foschini doesn't need my money.<br> <br> Sad thing is I really wanted that bag and shoes. :(<br> <br> I guess it's a good time to cancel my account.
