Bad service once again

<p>I bought in april uand they are hurting my heels and when i got to the store this morning they refused they said i must call nike myself as i its is my weight that made the shoes like that it not the first time the previous time i laid a complaint the area manager was suppse to so tact me and almost a year later nothing i want my money back and i don't want anything else this is ******* why must i pay for this POOR SERVICE </p>
