Bad service of the highest level

You don't even deserve one star. This is for foschini Westgate mall roodeport My mother bought a phone Samsung core A2 in July 2019 Phone was working fine and charging fine. November the phone starts giving her problems. The phone was no longer charging at all. She then brings the phone to the above mentioned store for repairs or at least check what is wrong. She brought the phone on the 11 of November 2019. A lady by Neo gave her attitude firstly, she then proceeds with he necessary documents. Normaly a phone would take 3 weeks at the max to be fixed. She comes back during the month of December to check on the phone, only to find the phone still at the store and has not left the store since she brought it. When she enquires as to why the phone has not gone for repairs she is told stories that don't eve make sense. They then say they will take the phone in for repairs. Today is the 22 on January 2020 I accompany her to collect the phone. She is attended to by Lesiba who gives my mom attitude and tells her not to shout him and than he is not foschini. When speaking to Lesiba everything about him does not represent good customer service. He talks to me like I'm his friend to a point of me almost jumping the counter and slapping him hard. The first person my mom spoke to was NEO, who like Lesiba have no customer service what's so ever. We then speak to Herold who is the manager. He said he will investigate this matter further, which we know won't happen. I am going to settle my mothers account with you and close it. I might be one client outofa million clients u have, but u lose one client in her and two more after this report.. Foschini Westgate mall IS TRASH.
