Bad service no follow up

I recently requested a cologne from Foshcini balito through a lady by the name of Miranda via the Midlands Foschini store, which they had indicated the head stock of. I was asked to pay an IBT fee of R70 to have the Hugo Boss the scent intense 200ml shipped through to pmb where I reside which was on the 25/05/19. Today 5/06/19 I get told there is no stock and Miranda now says she never had stock and I must just take something else which was very disappointing that only 10 days after I'd paid I only get told this now after numerous follow ups, now I'm being offered what I was never looking for. This service was really shocking from a company as big as this.
