BAD SERVICE - NEW ACCOUNT TFG - TRUWORTHS FOSCHINI GROUP

So I app**** for an account with TFG - total sports over a month ago. Sent in all my documentation FOUR TIMES, spoke to a consultant and STILL NOT A WORD FROM THEM. Yet they have done a credit check on me TWICE - which brings down my credit score ... BUT still silence. One would think TFG / Bash would have enough qualified people to manage new accounts or someone to at least say YES / NO you qualify or not. Absolutely bad bad service. I assume i wont get the account because of this bad review but someone needs to wake up someone in the "NEW ACCOUNTS department". AT LEAST STOP DOING A CREDIT CHECK SO I CAN NOW TRY FIX THE DECREASE IN SCORE DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF CREDIT CHECKS DONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shape up TFG (Truworths Foschini Group)
