Bad service from TFG group

I am soooo disappointed with TFG , I tried buying with my account today , I was told by the lady at foschini that my account has been blocked . The issue is that I didn’t receive any letter or some sort of communication from them telling me about this !!!! What really throws me off is that every month they send me a notice that I need to pay my account ….but they can’t send communication that my account is blocked . On the other hand they are saying I can only pay the account but I can’t purchase with it . Moving forward I will not pay this account until everything is sorted out , I can’t pay for something I can’t use
