Bad service from Foschini’s

I bought a phone last year 2019 and about 3 months ago I gave the phone back to Store because the phone stop working and it was still under insurance- they have send the phone in for repairs and it is now almost 3 months and it is still not back from repairs

It is really bad customer service from Foschini’s
