BAD SERVICE FROM FOSCHINI PAVILION

My wife purchased a CHI hair iron on the 30/07/2020. She tried the hair iron and she found it to be defective whereby the hair iron was gripping onto her hair. she took it to Foschini Pavilion today 11/08/2020 to have it returned but the Rep by the name of Tanya who is a 3rd to Foschini refused to have it credited. My wife purchased the hair iron from Foschini and not from Tanya. Think twice before purchasing from Foschini because they refused to help me.
