Bad service from foschini online

Very bad service from foschini online , bought 2 pairs of jeans and it seems like rejects , size 10 but looks like size 6 .. called the call centre explained my story too 4 customer service agents and still no response from them ... Every call was about +- 18 mins month later im still sitting with the jeans ????
