Bad service from Foschini group

I have received numerous calls from Foschini regarding my account which they claim is in arrears. I have proof of an email confirming that they cancelled my contract and closed the account and that my account was paid in full. Yet I still receive phone calls from the call center agents that are rude and have no customer communication s****s.
