Bad service from Foschini East gate

What a bad service we received at foschini east gate, we wanted to buy a phone waited for 30 minutes without being assisted, when the lady that worked at cellphone counter decided to assist us, she came with a wrong phone and says the one we are looking for is not available while the other ladies that tried to assist says the phone is on stock.
