Bad Service from Foschini

Foschini online....my card was blocked by foschini because i purchased online. What a huge joke. I cannot understand why foschini has an online department. When i phoned i was told that i cannot be helped. What a huge joke. Looks like one has no option but to stop shopping at FOSCHINI
